WEEKEND SCHEDULE: (subject to changes)

FRIDAY 11/8

3:45pm - Meet at River Sparta Church for carpool; we roll out at 4pm! If you are late and miss the carpool, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the campground.

5:15pm - Arrive at the campground and begin setting up camp and fire. Sun sets just before 6pm, we will have hot dogs and chili for dinner Friday night after everyone's tents are set up followed by fellowship time around the fire. 

SATURDAY 11/9

**Students only participating in the hiking part of our adventure should be at the parking lot outside the campground Saturday morning no later than 7:45am but are welcome to join us for breakfast. 

7am - Breakfast and camp breakdown (everything needs to be packed into cars by 7:45am)

7:45am - Parking lot meetup and debrief

8am-3:30pm - Hiking!! (We will eat lunch on trail and take lots of breaks) 

3:45pm-4pm - Ranger Station pickup for students not carpooling back to the church.

4pm-ish - Carpool leaves for River Sparta

5:15pm-5:30pm - Student pickup at River Sparta Church.

PACK PARTY:

Wed 11/6 during meal time /5:30p-6:30p/ - Hiking Pack Party and Schedule Debrief- students will pack their trail lunches and snacks, and have the option to pack their hiking backpacks together. Suggested packing list will be provided beforehand; gear will be available to borrow with advanced notice. Students are encouraged to bring everything they can and leave it in the RSY office to make our launch on Friday more efficient. Parents are welcome to attend the debrief @ 6pm.
